I tried to download this inflight; Spent 90 minutes. The process was incredibly slow ... never finished. I was not able to watch a movie.

Under a minute to download in flight. No complaints.

Why are huge companies like Delta and United still using GoGos horrible service, when companies like ViaSat and GEE can provide much better service and speed???

Would not update for me either. Its been about an hour trying over and over and I even paid for connection thinking that would help. It didnt.
