Wont download in flight.

This download is at 30 minutes and counting....there goes the flight!

This garbage of an app does not download in flight. I purchased a movie. Then was directed to download it in my iPad pro. And the movie app does not download! I also bought the full day pass in another flight. And not it is not working in my other flight as that was a GoGo mobile plan. Make sure that you buy the GoGo normal plan if you plan to use it on your other devices. Another interesting point was that the plan that I bought with American airline had auto renewal that I did not know. Be careful and read fine prints before you buy any plan. On the positive note, they have online live chat costumer support and refunded my movie but could not fix the app download problem. He also cancelled my auto renewal which was great as I did not know it when I purchased the American airline plan.

Spent an hour trying to download on delta, tried iPhone and iPad, neither worked

Thought my 15 hour flight would give me time to download and use with Delta Inflight movies...but Nope! At least the App looks great in the "brochure". GoGo is still the not ready for prime time in the sky - sluggish, buggish, and plain frustrating.

Wont down load... Well actually it starts to down load but then comes to a complete stop half way through the process..at the rate its going I would most likely land and could just watch the movie from On-demand at home

iPhone 6 download took a minute, video streams fine, no problems. Not real pretty but it does the job, not sure what everyone is complaining about.

I attempted to download the app 5-7 times, to give all the reviews a benefit of the doubt, and it will stop loading 3/4 before completion. SAVE YOUR TIME!!!! The seater next to me got his to work in a few minutes so maybe it just your luck. Either way, may the odds be ever in your favor because this app needs a lot of work!!!!!! Get it together delta. First your personal TVs now your apps.

App wont download in flight on iPad or phone- useless

Should have allowed old app to work or at least notify old app expiring so I could upgrade before my flight :(

I could not download on my iPad inflight and was barely able to on my iPhone. Then I discovered there is no closed caption option. I am hard of hearing and need that option. I was not able to watch the movie I had purchased. Altogether, a frustrating waste of time and money.

Downloaded for my mother in first class: 2 minutes. Tried to download on my iPhone in Coach: 20 minutes and only 25% loaded. Thanks, #Delta.

To create an "updated" app that claims to be more efficient and with bug fixes only to be worse than the original app? Is very disappointing. Its seems as if the app developers didnt test the app to make sure it was ready. Things like the amount of flight time for the app to even download is really amateur. We expect more from Delta.

App downloaded quickly and works great.

Gogo is just awful. Does any aspect of this service actually work? Its lousy from start to finish. I have an iPhone 6+, and havent had one iota of success using this service. In fact, my experience with Gogo on long flights is filled with nothing except frustration and anger....so please just Gogo away :(
