No idea the app was "updating". I get on a 5 hour flight only to find out that the "new" app is required and it wont download. Daily emails about vacations, rental cars, AmEx offers, and not one mention about a needing a GoGo upgrade next time I fly. F for market execution. F for iPad compatibility.

I like Delta, but Southwest has them beat by miles in the entertainment category.

I like Delta, but Southwest beats their inflight wifi by miles. This app repeatedly freezes. Im glad I did not have to pay for the 45 minutes I spent watching 15 minutes of a movie. Like American Airlines, Delta needs to sue gogo inflight and terminate their contract.

Idk why so many people re hating. It does what it intends to do. 5/5 stars.

Im only writing this to help bring up the average scoring because usually Im too lazy to write reviews. This score however is not fair as it doesnt represent the apps functionality correctly. The app works as explained and I couldnt ask for more. People are upset because they dont know how to read instructions and expect the world handed to them on a silver platter.

Will not download on iPad or Surface

So easy...in air takes a minute. Typical of todays society where people complain about their own stupidity.

Dont ever download when using gogoflight connection on AA. Unless you want to wait on hour.... Ridiculous

I flew on three different flights a few days ago and managed to download the app and watch a movie quite easily. When you go below 10,000 feet it shuts off and then as soon as youre in the air again you can start the movie where youve left off. I saw that there were a lot of bad reviews and I have made a point to come back and leave a review later because I was impressed that it was a great clear uninterrupted picture. Took a moment to download but worth it.

Simply advise your customers to download the app BEFORE they get on the plane.

This app supports viewing Delta Studio during flights. I was easily able to install and use it within a few minutes, so I rate it 5 stars. Read the instructions if you get confused.

How ridiculous is it to require an app that clearly so many users encounter issues with downloading. Another fine example of Deltas "commitment to excellence."

Before traveling, I made sure I had the most recent updates to the app. The free streaming of movies during the flight definitely made the trip more enjoyable. I recommend this to anyone flying Delta.

Garbage inconsistent doesnt work well. Requires cookies for no reason other than to steal your privacy.

I have used this app numerous times to watch movies. It always worked fine - until today when I paid for a movie, went to play it and the app needed updating. Ok - it takes about 15 - 20 minutes to update in the air because the connection is slow. By the time I was able to play the movie not enough time was left in the air to finish it. I wasnt too worried as I figured I could watch it during my layover from my gogo library. Well, with the update there is NO library. You cannot watch the movie you paid to watch at a later time!! What a scam. Luckily I was given a refund - and the customer agent said with the new update the licenses to watch movies later was revoked. What a joke... So beware - only watch if you have enough time.

The app is not working has been trying to install for an hour.

I always played with Legos when I first started flying. If I had the choice between this app and being able to play with Legos again without judgement I would choose Legos.

Ive been on a 2hr flight and spent the entire time trying to download this new app for viewing movies on Gogo. Never had to do this before and it worked fine, now we have to download an app? Stupid! Lets just stop trying to change something to define our job and leave well enough alone! No more movies on delta my friends. Im sure all the good reviews on here are one of those review agencies hired by delta to try and raise the review average! It aint working guys! Spend that money on something better like app development!
