Good luck actually watching a movie if you dont already have the app downloaded before your flight. It will never download fully but instead will keep crashing and hang up. Youll land before its done.

The amount of time required to download the required app was longer than the flight. So happy I didnt pay for this junk.

It worked perfectly. No issues at all. Plus I really enjoyed the huge movie selection.

You look to your phone to make the time fly by and whats this, movies you can watch right from your phone...? But whats this....you have to download this app to make it so....well....2 hrs have gone by, and all I have to show for it is 10 bucks spent and this mesmerizing pinwheel that says still downloading this silly little app that hopefully one day from now will finally download so I can watch this movie from my phone I was tricked into thinking might happen on this crappy flight, oh my, gogo got me again....

Dont know what all the complaints are about or the insults towards people complaining. Didnt think of it beforehand so while I was I the air I downloaded the app. Plane was already in the air before they enabled wifi with the instructions on the card in the backseat pocket. I paused the movie as needed and it resumed without issue.

Its probably too late to tell you to download the app before youre in the air. Looks like Ill be able to watch movies on my next ghetto flight.

App download takes a long time when you do it with the airplane wifi, delta should advertise to download it before boarding, didnt know i needed this app to watch movies. Im half way to my destination and still waiting for the app to finish installation :/

This app worked great for me. Almost didnt download this app due to the negative reviews, but had a 6hr flight, so went ahead with it. I dont know how the other reviewers had such a bad experience other than the previous version possibly having issues. Downloaded to my iPad during the flight: no problems at all. Streaming the movie during flight, in great quality resolution: no buffering or consistency issues at all. Use the app. Whatever changes were made definitely made it very slick and usable.

Wont download after multiple attempts. United runs their entertainment service through the United app. Delta doesnt. Cant get GoGo app to download. A waste of time.

I would rather have stared at a filled out sudoku while sitting next to a baby than dealing with the frustration of this app. Buy a movie, doesnt let you download the app....great! Waste of time and money.

...or get a new inflight wifi provider. Same comments as others, gave up downloading after 30 minutes, and I was in first class too. Old A319 aircraft. Or Delta: notify travelers (Im a Diamond, you have my email address) to download before boarding...!

Started to download with an hour left on flight time. Never did complete the download. Waste of time.

I read the reviews of this app before I downloaded it, and was kinda skeptical. But I was bored on my flight so I downloaded it anyway. I’m glad i did! It works PERFECTLY, I didn’t have not one problem! Yes, my phone (iPhone 6 s Rose Gold) is updated to the lasts version, yes it did take about 3 minutes to download the app..but i was also 50+ thousand feet in the air Once the app downloaded i selected my movie, and then the movie took about a minute and a half to fully download, it then started playing, it played straight through. I had to stop it because my flight was over, when I came back for my return home flight, I opened the app and finished the movie, I love this app, and you definitely can’t beat free! THANK YOU DELTA!!

Some of the people writing the reviews are dumb(sorry had to use that word). You can only use it when youre on an airplane and flying 10,000 feet in the air but people just think it doesnt work. It works fine! Just remember what I said.

I had no issue downloading the app in flight, launching it, and watching the movie that I chose to watch. I was impressed with the quality of the video. I never had any slowing playback while I watched the movie and the video was sharp even for an action movie (Ant Man). Used the app on IOS iPhone 6S.

Useless if you have to reinstall to use it a second time. Doubly useless at gogo speeds.

The gogo network connection is worse then a DLS connection, I fill like Im in the 90s.

30 mins and waiting, then restarted again after it was almost done! Crap!

Great app, works well and it downloaded really quickly. It only works in cruising altitude so if the app doesnt work during taxi and takeoff, dont complain.
